Sophie is my cousin's daughter and for her 5th Birthday she decided she wanted a Pony Cake! So after planning what I was going to do, I got the pony and was going to start baking it the next day. That night I got a call saying that Sophie wanted a Pony & a Little Mermaid Cake! Eeeks! So after a little creative thinking on how to combine the two ideas I came up with this, and I got to make the Birthday Girl happy!! Happy Birthday Sophie!

Little Mermaid & Pony
Sophie is my cousin's daughter and for her 5th Birthday she decided she wanted a Pony Cake! So after planning what I was going to do, I got the pony and was going to start baking it the next day. It must have been a stunning party. You sure excel at how to make a beautiful cake. At one of the local event halls for rent we also hosted a Unicorn inspired bash for our little daughter. She was so impressed with the designer cake and was literally resisted cutting it. SO cute moment that was!
