This cake is German Chocolate and was a bit challenging...because I had never made German Chocolate! The 1st "test" trial turned out too crumbly. I'm hoping this one will be better.... fingers crossed! The Birthday man's hobbies are wood working, and he loves to play the drums!
It looks very "German" to me Brittany - that's a compliment coming from a German.
